It is the first time that Multivar MHR is adopted in the moped landscape!
Malossi has completely redesigned this variator:
- New roller sliding tracks
- New contrast spring
- Longer hub
To completely renew the transmission system and take full advantage of its exceptional technical characteristics, the Multivar MHR variator has also been updated, equipping it with new tracks for the rollers, a new contrast spring and a new hub longer than the previous one and for this reason in able to combine with a more powerful belt and optimize ratios. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations: born from the many years of experience acquired on the racing circuits and from the Cad-Cam technology available today, it allows to obtain technical results at the highest levels.
Here is the great news of this kit: being able to house a real torque corrector with double sliding tracks to customize the shift curve as you like!
- New pulley unit, consisting of fixed and mobile pulley with increased Ø from 100 to 110 mm
- Fixed and mobile pulley welded in one piece, with bush specially treated on the surface
Malossi technicians have taken care of the realization of this pulley down to the smallest details using special materials and a particular type of thermochemical treatment, which gives it a very high resistance to wear and an equally high mechanical resistance. The new fixed pulley has been designed to ensure perfect operation when coupled to the Malossi torque corrector (Torque Driver), which has the same diameter as it.
Clutch Ø 107 mm, redesigned with new masses to adapt to the reverse direction of rotation compared to that present in the scooter panorama.
The Malossi spring coupling allows operation at a predefined optimal RPM attachment point.

Reinforced clutch bell with a finned cooling ring, perfectly matched to the newly developed high-performance Fly Clutch. This is the only component common to the scooter.
We went as far as modifying the primary gear shaft to house a pulley and clutch / bell unit that comes from the scooter world.
Having become the connecting element between the newly designed components, this shaft has been reinforced with an increase in the Ø of the shank to 13.5 and to be prepared for an external support it is supplied with nut, oil seal and roller shell useful for assembly .
