The Malossi Racing Exhaust MHR 100 was designed and built to sing, but with one ultimate goal: to achieve maximum performance when paired with the 100cc cylinder for which it is designed.

If Malossi is known as “the exhaust guy,” there must be a reason. Our advancements in exhaust systems have never been random improvisations, they are the result of advanced fluid dynamics studies capable of determining the ideal shape and size of racing scooter exhausts. This isn’t child’s play, you know.
Every MHR 100 racing exhaust is crafted from metal sheets with an exact and constant thickness of 0.8mm, laser-cut, meticulously assembled using TIG and MIG robotic welding as well as manual oxyacetylene welding, and finally hand-hammered by skilled artisans. Each one features a calibrated nozzle, whose dimensions meet the strict tolerances required to maintain optimal internal pressure. Every unit is coated with a clear finish and comes with a black anodized Nitro aluminum silencer, proudly displaying the Malossi logo.

The development of racing scooter exhausts – designed for Malossi Trophies – proceeds hand in hand with that of Malossi cylinders, and to achieve maximum performance, it’s essential to always match the exhaust with the cylinder for which it was designed; specifically, we’re talking about high-performance engines, therefore the 100cc cylinder. The combination works even better with the crankshaft for the 100cc cylinder.
The cylinder mounting system features a three-hole light alloy connector, engineered to ensure optimal flow of exhaust gases, enhancing their dynamics. We’ve also simplified the connection system for the black anodized Nitro aluminum silencer, now seamlessly attached to the exhaust expansion chamber with an elegant, lightweight single-bolt fastening system.
