Ugo Malossi
He is the embodiment of a dream fulfilled: pursuing your passion can take you a long way. His love for motorcycles has brought us where we are today, straight from the 1950s when he saw the potential in this sector and in his hands as a craftsman. At that time, he could not have imagined that his work would have touched the hearts of many, all over the world.
SANDRO MALOSSI
Ugo’s younger brother joined the company as sales and IT manager, yet he soon found his true vocation in the then newly established racing division.
With the Trofei Malossi, Sandro created a reference point for two-wheel racing enthusiasts, but most importantly a community that brings together thousands of riders and fans.
ALESSANDRA MALOSSI
Ugo’s second born, Alessandra turned the family vision into a global project. She established a strong sales network, rendered production more efficient, improved the customer experience and enabled the company to be known beyond the Italian borders. With its leadership, Malossi races on roads worldwide.
ANDREA MALOSSI
Ugo’s first-born son, Andrea has shared a passion for motorcycles with him right from the very beginning. He joined the company at a very young age, inheriting his father’s technical legacy and guiding Malossi through technological innovation while, at the same time, respecting its origins. As a result of his work, today, the company is an ambassador of Made in Italy around the world.
